Paano magpapalit ng pera sa VILLARICA?

  1. Iabot sa teller ang perang ipapadala kasama ng isang one (1) valid ID.
  2. Hintayin ang teller na suriin ang validity ng ID at ang legitimacy ng perang iniabot.
  3. Punan ang VILLARICA Money Changer form. 
  4. Isusulat ng teller ang serial number ng bills sa likod ng form. Pagtapos nito, iaabot ang form sa iyo upang ma-double check mo.
  5. Kung walang pagbabago, pirmahan ang Money Changer for.
  6.  Hintayin ang conversion. Pagtapos nito, tanggapin ang pera mula sa teller, kasama ang kopya ng detalye ng conversion. 
  7. Bilangin ang pera bago umalis ng branch.

Meron po. Hindi po tayo maaaring sumobra sa ating limit na ₱500,000 (PHP), kaya hanggang higit-kumulang $8,500 (USD) lamang ang pwedeng ipapalit.
Hindi po kami tumatanggap ng coins para sa peso exchange.
Kapag meron na pong missing part ang bill ninyo, hindi na po namin maaaring tanggapin ito.
Basta po walang damage ang bills, pwedeng-pwede po!
  • A money transfer business called VILLARICA Cash Padala is run by, owned  and registered under the name of VILLARICA Pera Padala, Inc.
  • Updated Compliance Manual on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) rules. 
  • All parties and transactions under VILLARICA Cash Padala are subject to Compliance Manual on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) laws and policies, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. As part of KYC, customers with relevant business transactions are required to fill out a Customer Information Sheet (CIS) and present a valid ID. A picture of the customer and his/her ID shall also be taken. Questions and additional documents may be requested from customers in compliance with KYC rules. VCP and its agents may not accept, process or pay any money transfer that any of them determine in their sole discretion, to be in violation of any VCP policy or applicable law.
  • The VILLARICA Cash Padala (VCP) transaction is available in most VILLARICA branches nationwide. The sender must ascertain that there is a branch near his/her receiver where the latter can claim the money.
  • The sender must be present, of legal age, submit valid ID, and comply with KYC (Know your Customer) form and Customer Info Sheet (CIS).
  • The receiver must have a valid ID, If the receiver is a minor, he can only receive the money provided that receiver is a relative of the sender to the 4th degree or godchild or a recognized ward or beneficiary of sender or whose relationship does not violate the Child Trafficking Law. The minor receiver must comply with the ID requirements mentioned and must present documents proving the relationship as contemplated above. It is the obligation of the sender to relay said requirements to the minor receiver.
  • CONTRACT. The Send Money Form represents the remittance agreement between VCP and the Sender, and does not extend to the Receiver. The Receiver does not have an independent right to demand the release of the remittance. All customers understand that VCP only provides the facility to transfer money from the Sender to the Receiver, and is not party to any underlying agreement or transaction, online or otherwise, between the Sender and the Receiver. It has no responsibility and shall not be liable for any goods or services related to such underlying agreement or transaction. The Sender attests that he/she knows the Receiver to whom the remittance is sent, and that any underlying agreement or transaction is valid and legal.
  • Authorization is not accepted in VILLARICA Cash Padala.
  • Its the Sender's sole responsibility to notify the Receiver of an incoming remittance and the condition for claiming. VILLARICA however, provides a notification service for both Sender and Receiver.
